Kronos Protocol
A modular ZK Layer 2 built for interoperability
Fast, privacy-preserving execution with native bridges across Ethereum, Solana, TON, and Base.
Why Kronos Protocol?
Infrastructure-first thinking: proofs, bridges, and economics treated as engineering constraints—not billboard slogans.
ZK scalability
Hybrid proving: workload-specific circuits balance proof cost, latency, and cryptographic assumptions.
Native interop
Bridges built around succinct proofs and explicit trust assumptions per host chain.
Programmable privacy
Policy-driven disclosure for institutions—without giving up composability where it matters.
Resilient sequencing
Decentralized sequencer set with ordering rules designed to reduce abusive extraction.
TimeWarp Consensus
TimeWarp is a scheduling layer on top of the L2 pipeline: it adjusts batch granularity, checkpoint cadence, and allowed execution parallelism based on observed load and latency—without changing the underlying BFT safety story.
- Proof-of-Stake consensus with BFT quorum for blocks and signed roots; Ethereum settlement for global validity.
- Restaking (where deployed) to align operators with additional economic collateral.
- Under load, the protocol favors larger batches and amortized proving windows; under light load, it tightens intervals to improve perceived latency.
Technical Architecture
A modular 2025–2026 stack: each layer can evolve on its own release cadence under governance and audits.
- 01Execution Layer
EVM-compatible environment with ZK-oriented precompiles for critical paths.
- 02Proving Layer
Succinct proof generation; recursion and parallel proving where cost-benefit supports it.
- 03Data Availability
Modular DA (EigenDA-class): commitments, sampling, and verifiable replay.
- 04Interop Mesh
Connectors to ETH, Base, Solana, and TON with explicit verification costs per route.
ZK Interoperability
Routes are engineered around verifiable proofs, source-chain finality, and explicit trust assumptions—no hand-wavy “trust us” bridges.
ZK Proof Bridges
Native ZK bridges with on-chain verifiable finality between Ethereum, Base, TON and Solana ecosystems.
Economics & Tokenomics
Fixed supply, long-dated unlocks, and protocol utility described in the whitepaper. KON coordinates governance, security, and ecosystem incentives.
Token Allocation (1,000,000,000 KON)
Value Creation Model
- Protocol redistribution
Net sequencer revenue flows into buyback & burn and treasury policies voted on-chain. - Staking & security
Stake and restaking align validators, operators, and long-term protocol health. - Engagement
Reputation-weighted programs reward builders and community contributors with anti-sybil guardrails.

Roadmap 2026–2027
Milestones are subject to audit outcomes, testnet feedback, and regulatory constraints. Dates may shift when security or compliance requires it.
Developer documentation, explorers, and test environments; initial smart contract audits.
Iterations on EVM routes; verification prototypes for non-EVM ecosystems with explicit cost models.
Operational hardening, progressive sequencer decentralization, initial on-chain governance.

Social & Reputation
Messaging integrations (Telegram, Discord) and an engagement index for community programs—weighted toward documentation, integrations, and high-signal testnet feedback. Final weighting and caps are published with the protocol parameters.

Rewards prioritize durable contribution over raw volume. Sybil resistance, rate limits, and governance-adjusted ceilings are specified in the whitepaper and on-chain parameter docs.
